We hope you love your order
As a company policy, we do not provide refunds on any product sold.
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we do not have an exchange/return policy. However, we offer replacements in the following two situations:
1. You have received incorrect product(s)
2. You have received damaged product(s)
In both the cases, you must send us an unboxing video and images of the parcel within 24 hours of receiving it. Also, make sure that the video is authentic and not staged in any way. Videos with any unusual cuts and edits will not be entertained.

*Please Note* - We are unable to offer refunds if we’ve been given an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if all delivery attempts by our shipping agency have been failed or the recipient refuses the package. In case of a query, Our customer care team will investigate and offer an appropriate resolution. We would be happy to reship the package if the customer bears the shipping fee.
Note- Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.
